What you need for ginger carrot dressing

This is such an easy salad dressing recipe. But you do need to take a couple of steps to prepare the ingredients, mainly chopping the main ingredients.

First chop some fresh ginger. Use a medium piece to yield about 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped ginger. You don’t need to be too precious about the exact size because this will all get blended.

Next chop about a quarter of a yellow onion. You can use more onion if you like your dressing on the onion side. Again, the size doesn’t matter, just chop into small pieces.

The last thing you’ll need to chop are your carrots. Chop up about a half a cup to one cup of carrots.

The other ingredients you’ll need are:

  • Soy sauce
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • Vegetable oil
  • White sugar
  • Honey

Making the ginger carrot dressing is so so easy. Just add all of the ingredients with the exception of the vegetable oil into a blender. Blend on medium high speed until creamy. Then slowly add the oil to emulsify the dressing. That’s it!
