Roasted brussels sprouts are delicious on their own, but adding nutritional yeast puts a another scrumptious spin on the side dish.
This is an easy recipe to make, and you’ll only need a few key ingredients: brussels sprouts, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and pepper. And, of course, a baking pan.

How to make it
Start by gathering your ingredients and preheating the oven to 425°.

Then rinse the Brussels Sprouts and trim the bottoms slightly. Cut them in half lengthwise. Cut them through the stem so that the leaves don’t fall apart and each half has some stem base.

In a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, just enough so they are all coated, and then the add the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and mix well.
Spread the Brussels Sprouts with nutritional yeast on a baking pan. If you like a crispy flat side, place the brussels sprouts flat side down on the baking pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until they are a golden brown.
