Brussels Sprouts with Nutritional Yeast

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425°.
Rinse Brussels Sprouts and trim the bottoms slightly. Cut them in half. In a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, just enough so they are all coated, and then the add the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and mix well.
Spread the Brussels Sprouts with nutritional yeast on a baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes, until they are a golden brown. Serve warm.
