Brussels Sprouts with Nutritional Yeast

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Rinse Brussels Sprouts and trim the bottoms slightly. Cut them in half. In a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, just enough so they are all coated, and then the add the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Spread the Brussels Sprouts with nutritional yeast on a baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes, until they are a golden brown. Serve warm.
