  • 1 package arugula salad
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 pear
  • small block of blue cheese
  • bacon

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon honey

  • Cut blue cheese into crumbles
