How to make it
Start by gathering your ingredients and preheating your oven to 425°. You’ll need some basic small potatoes such as the colorful ones in the photos or simple Yukon potatoes.

Scrub the potatoes, dry them and then cut them into quarters.
In a bowl, combine the potatoes with nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Mix it well to make sure that the olive oil and nutritional yeast coat the potatoes well.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 50 minutes until they are golden brown and you can poke a fork into them and remove it easily.

Let the potatoes cool a couple minutes, and then transfer them onto a serving tray and garnish with a bit of fresh dill or chives.
