Roasted Potatoes with Nutritional Yeast

- 1 lb Small potatoes
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°.
Wash potatoes and cut into quarters. In a bowl combine potatoes with nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Spread potatoes on a lined baking sheet and cook about 50 minutes.
