Roasted Potatoes with Nutritional Yeast

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Small potatoes
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Wash potatoes and cut into quarters. In a bowl combine potatoes with nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  • Spread potatoes on a lined baking sheet and cook about 50 minutes.
