An egg: this recipe uses one egg, but if you want to make even thicker and more protein, packed Ramen noodles, add two eggs.
Jalapeño: Jalapenos add another type of spice. Here we’re going to dice them and boil them with the soup for a bit. And then use a little bit more for garnish. If you don’t have jalapeños, you can also add some a bit of chopped spring onions or chopped onions.
Chili crisps: If you don’t have chili crisps on hand, you can use Sriracha sauce or even a little Tabasco. We’re adding this beautiful red spicy color at the end. You can find a jar chili crisps in the Asian ingredients section of most grocery stores. it’s worth having this on hand as it keeps a long time and can really add a great spice to your dishes.
Chopped garlic or ginger: Garlic and ginger are optional, but you can add them for more flavor to your spicy peanut butter Ramen noodle broth.
