Banana Berry Hemp Seed Smoothie
Use hemp seeds, also called hemp hearts, in this banana smoothie with blueberries and raspberries for a refreshing breakfast drink.

- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ banana
- 3 tablespoons hemp heart seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Rinse 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and fresh raspberries using a wire mesh sieve. Dry gently with paper towels.
Cut a banana in half and then cut one half of the banana into large pieces.
Add the fruit and milk to a blender and 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts. Then add ½ cup of milk, 4 - 5 ice cubes, ½ tablespoon of honey, and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Blend ingredients in a blender on medium high until well blended and the iced combined smoothly. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra berries. Serve cold immediately.
