White Chocolate Covered Strawberries
White chocolate covered strawberries are the perfect bite to make for Valentine's Day or for any occasion. This is a simple way to serve fruit with a little extra touch of white chocolate.

- ½ lb strawberries (about 1/2 of a container or 6 - 8 strawberries)
- ⅕ cup white chocolate chip
- salt
Thoroughly wash your strawberries in a sieve and gently pat dry. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir, and then heat another 30 seconds. Stir, if the chocolate is still not melted, microwave again.
Grab a strawberry by the stem and dip it in the white chocolate. Use a small swirling motion to remove it from the chocolate so it doesn't continue dripping. Place on a tray lined with wax paper and sprinkle with a little salt. Repeat until all the strawberries are covered in white chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to cool and harden. You can put the white chocolate covered strawberries in the refrigerator to speed up the process of cooling.
