Honey Glazed Bacon

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Bacon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • Drizzle Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Arrange bacon slices on the baking rack set on a baking pan.
  • Brush or drizzle honey over each piece.
  • Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Mince garlic and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes, just till tender but not browned.
  • Sprinkle sautéed garlic over bacon slices. Allow the bacon slices to cool at least 10 minutes, when they will crisp up.
