Easy Eggnog Recipe with Alcohol
This easy eggnog cocktail recipe uses the traditional ingredients of cream and milk as well as eggs, bourbon or whiskey and nutmeg.

Hand mixer or mixer
2 large bowls
- 2 cups Whole milk
- 1 cup Half and half
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 4 Eggs (separated)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 2/3 cup Bourbon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Separate egg yolks and egg whites into 2 different bowls.
Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla.
Add milk and cream and beat about 3 minutes.
Add bourbon, nutmeg and cinnamon and beat briefly.
Beat egg whites until peaks stiffen.
Combine egg whites into egg yolk-milk mixture, folding gently.
Pour into a pitcher or directly into glasses and serve.
