Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Prosciutto
Dates stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in prosciutto are the perfect appetizer bite, especially when gently warmed in the oven.

- 16 dates
- 2 ounces blue cheese
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 1 teaspoon (optional) balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
If the dates are not pitted, remove the pits from each date by butterflying the dates but not cutting them fully in half.
Fill each dates with blue cheese or gorgonzola.
Cut each piece of prosciutto lengthwise so you have 16 long pieces of prosciutto. Roll each stuffed date up with prosciutto. Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Warm dates in oven about 6 minutes until prosciutto is slightly crisp and dates are warm. Serve warm on a serving tray. Top with optional balsamic glaze.
