- 2 Ounces Blue Cheese, softened
- 12 Date, either California Dried or Medjool, pitted
- 1 Teaspoon Balsamic glaze
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted almonds, optional
Slice each date down the middle to create a pocket. Cut blue cheese into small chunks about the size of the date pocket.
Pack in softened blue cheese into the dates. Place the dates on a serving platter. and drizzle with balsamic glaze, or a balsamic reduction. Sprinkle with sliced toasted almonds.
