Banana Peel Smoothie

- 1 Cup Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Frozen banana peels
- 1 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
Peel one banana, and chop the banana and peel into chunks. Freeze overnight on parchment paper. The banana skins will become brown as they freeze, but that's normal.
In a blender, combine frozen banana and almond milk until smooth. Add the other ingredients: cinnamon, honey, frozen banana peels, peanut butter, and rolled oats. Continue blending until smooth.
Pour banana peel smoothie in a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish.
