Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 2 Tbs Salt
  • 2 Tbs Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Basil

Instructions

  • Brine the chicken tenders by placing them n a mixing bowl with room temperature water and 2 Tablespoons of salt. Let the chicken tenders sit for at least 10 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • After brining, remove the chicken tenders from the salt water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Coat the tenders lightly with olive oil in a small bowl.
  • Line the chicken tenders on the baking pan, leaving about a quarter-inch to a half-inch between them. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a dollop of mayo on each piece of chicken, then brush it over to create a top coating.
