- 12 Sea Scallops
- 12 Strips Bacon
- 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Chives
Precook your bacon about half way.
Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder and black pepper.
Wrap each scallop with a piece of partially cooked bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Glaze each scallop with the maple soy mixture.
Broil for about 10 minutes or until scallops are opaque and bacon is fully cooked.
Garish with chives and serve warm.
