Ingredients

  • 12 Sea Scallops
  • 12 Strips Bacon
  • 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Chives

Instructions

  • Precook your bacon about half way.
  • Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Wrap each scallop with a piece of partially cooked bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  • Glaze each scallop with the maple soy mixture.
  • Broil for about 10 minutes or until scallops are opaque and bacon is fully cooked.
  • Garish with chives and serve warm.
