Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos Stuffed with Sausage and Cream Cheese

- 4 Jalapenos
- 1 cup Cooked Sausage
- 2 Tbl Cream Cheese
- 4 Slices Bacon
Slice each jalapeno in half, lengthwise and remove seeds.
Cut strips of bacon in half and cook at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Mix cooked sausage and cream cheese together and spoon about 1 Tablespoon into jalapeno halves.
Wrap each jalapeno with a half piece of semi-cooked bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bake the bacon wrapped jalapenos at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. To add extra crisp to the bacon, broil on high for 1 - 2 minutes at the end of cooking.
